NOLUGGS is a research prototype that demonstrates a luggage-free travel concept: you plan a trip and the app proposes rental outfits delivered to your destination. It is a demonstration for a doctoral study. No real clothing is delivered, no real rental happens, and no real payment is taken.

You must be 18 or older to use NOLUGGS.

Keep your login details secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can ask us to close it at any time.

Use the app for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to break, overload or misuse it, do not submit unlawful, harmful or offensive content in free-text fields, and do not use it to infringe anyone's rights.

Prices shown are illustrative rental values for the study. Confirming a wardrobe records a simulated booking only; it creates no contract, no charge and no obligation to deliver goods.

The NOLUGGS name, app and its content are owned by the researcher. Outfit images are AI-generated for illustration and represent no specific real product or inventory.

When to return. By default, on your flight-home day. Leaving early? Tell us in the app and we collect sooner.

How to return. Pack everything in the box and leave it at the hotel front desk. Once it is with the front desk, it is our responsibility: nothing is charged if it goes missing after that.

Normal wear and small accidents. Covered by the damage cover included in your rental: stains, small tears and lost buttons cost you nothing.

Serious damage or loss by you. Charged at the garment's replacement value, capped at $250 per trip.

Late returns. 24-hour grace period, then $10 per day, capped at $50.

No deposit. Nothing is held on your card for the rental.

Garment brand names shown in outfit proposals identify the style, cut and quality tier of each piece for research purposes. NOLUGGS is a doctoral research prototype; it is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the brands named, and all trademarks belong to their owners.

The prototype is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may contain errors, may be unavailable at times, and its outputs (including sizing and carbon figures) are estimates for research, not guarantees.

To the extent permitted by law, the researcher is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this prototype.
