NOLUGGS is a research prototype built for a doctoral (DBA) study at the International School of Management, Paris. It is not a commercial service, it does not sell or ship clothing, and it takes no real payment. This document is provided for transparency during the study and is not legal advice.
NOLUGGS is built around a simple idea: travel light, arrive ready, and tread a little lighter on the planet. These guidelines keep the experience useful and respectful for everyone taking part.
Be respectful
Treat other travellers, hosts and the team with respect. Harassment, hate speech and abuse have no place here.
Give honest information
Enter accurate sizing, measurements and trip details. The better your information, the better the fit and the more useful the study results.
Care for the clothes
In a real NOLUGGS service the outfits are shared and reused. Treat rented garments with care and return them on time so the next traveller gets the same quality.
Keep requests appropriate
When you customise or regenerate an outfit, keep free-text requests about clothing and styling. Requests that are unsafe, offensive or unrelated to the outfit will be ignored by the app.
Reviews
Review only a trip you took and returned. Describe your own experience of fit, delivery, cleanliness and return; keep photos to yourself in the outfit and leave out other people and personal details. Every review is checked before it appears; reviews that break these guidelines are not published.
Use it honestly
Do not try to break, game or misuse the prototype. It is a research tool, and honest use produces honest findings.
Enforcement
This is a prototype for a study, so enforcement is light-touch, but we may remove content or accounts that break these guidelines. Concerns: info@noluggs.com.
